How is Your Image in the Community, Family, Friends?

Middle-aged couple came to the lobby of a small hotel in Philadelphia. Already some hotels they visited, and this seems the last hope. Especially when it rained hard, so not many more options for their shelter.

"All the big hotels in this city have been filled, can you give us a room alone ..?" the man asked the hotel staff, half hope.

"All the rooms have been full because there are 3 major event that simultaneously held in this city," replied the clerk, "but I can not possibly ask you both going to rain out there at one o'clock in the morning like this," he continued.

Then the officer asked, "Would you both sleep in my room? Not fancy, but good enough for the rest." Eventually the couple was sleeping overnight in his sleeping room employees and the employees sleep sober. The couple are very grateful to the employees.

The next day, before parting, the old man said to the clerk, "People like you should be the leader of America's finest hotels. Because you do your work with a willing heart to serve. Maybe one day I will build a hotel for you." Employees of the hotel was just a big smile to hear the old man, and they parted.

Approximately two years later, the employee receives a letter containing a ticket to New York, a request that he be living a middle-aged couple who had to help. After arriving in New York, middle-aged man was a hotel employee took it to the corner of 5th Avenue and 34th Street. There he pointed to a remarkable new building grand and say, "That's the hotel that I wake up to you to manage."

Know who these employees?
A hotel employee was George Charles Boldt, now known as the leading hospitality business. His career racing since he was entrusted to manage the hotel owned by a man who never permitted to stay in his room.

Did anyone middle-aged man on his help?
He was William Waldorf Astor, owner of the Waldorf-Astoria hotel chain, which is one of the best hotel chain in the world.

This story shows us, a little kindness can change the future.
There is no reason for not doing good.

Often we assume we do not have the capital to do business but is it? Capital not only money, but trust and credibility is capital that can not be underestimated. Even bigger than financial capital.

A good is an investment.
Though do not expect self-interest, because any good will be rewarded by God, but not infrequently also directly bear fruit sweet goodness in the world. George Charles Boldt already proved. Credibility is also important capital.

we can also see the story of Conrad Hilton.

After getting fired from his employment, he could build the hotel because he had credibility. People trust him so that he could easily borrow money whose value is 4 times of its wealth. If he does not invest into people who can be trusted, how could people want to invest in the new Hilton lost sources of income.

Often we hear people complain: "Find capital hard!" "Where there are people willing to invest to me!"

The question:
Is all this time he has built image as someone who can reliably manage the capital ?
So do not just complain when there is no capital. Good investment as much as possible from now. Build credibility and trust. Because there is any goodness of seeds in return.
We never know how good will help us in the future, but we can be sure every good there is value.
Investment is in goodness.
