transition elements in the scenario

Transition elements mark the start or end to process a scene. these elements include:
FADE IN, this element was first written in the beginning before entering a scene. FADE IN marks a process of scene appearance.
FADE OUT, this element is placed after the last scene.marks the the end of a scenario .
TO CUT element, placed at the end of each scene, marking the shift between scenes, the location / layout sets it apart. CUT TO useful to mark a scene that has been completed is displayed and continued with a new scene. for example as follows:

FADE IN
# 0. INT. Sisca ROOM - HOSPITAL (NIGHT)
We see sisca're burning the photographs and letters, in the room. these photographs were pictures of pedroand photos when they both looked tenderly.
we know that between sisca and pedro ever have a special relationship.
one by one the photos were burned with a candle and dropped into a trash can from pottery materials
.

 CUT TO

# 1. EXT. PARK CITY (NIGHT)
(pedro, john)
we again see the conversations and john pedro.
Pedro
(annoyed)
since 3 months ago, our relationship broke up. sisca never gave any reason. frankly I was annoyed with his behavior. Finally, I see him often with Bill. From this I suspect that the main cause of this problem is the Billthat.

John
(curious)
then, why do not you dare to ask directly to him, what he really won sisca?
Pedro laughed stuck, she tried to hide feelings.
