You want to learn, willing to succeed or how .????

Often we learn to identify with the school. Because after they finish school then finish also was the learning process.
Though learning is a process of absorbing knowledge from anywhere.
In English the word learning can be expressed with the study or learn. What's the difference?

"You learn something every day if you pay attention." Ray LeBlond, Writer

"Seeing much, Suffering much, and studying much are the three Pillars of learning." Benjamin Disraeli, Former British Prime Minister and Novelist

"When you stop learning, stop listening, stop looking and Asking questions, always new questions, then it is time to die." Lillian Smith, American writer

In English there are two words that can be used to learn the word "learn" and "study".
Learn is the form of learning from life experience rather than from a book or text book. Learner can be translated as a learner, or someone who can take the wisdom or the essence of a situation, event or occurrence.
Learner is one who can see things that are written and unwritten (implied).
While the study is the activity of learning from books or from teachers in the classroom or in school. Student can be translated as a student, and usually only see the written or implied.
Successful people are those who always place themselves as learners, they never stop learning from life. They may stop as a student, but they still make themselves as learners.

Therefore, the words "I am not a scholar!" we can see how many successful people who lower their academic education but they learn very well from life so as to achieve the peak of success.
Whatever our background, we can be successful, No Excuse ..!!!
